UNC Basketball: Massive changes once again headline ACC men’s basketball rankings

We have some significant alterations to our weekly ACC men’s basketball rankings for the second week in a row. Is the basketball team at UNC still the best?

It seems like every week we put together this post and say, “wow, there was a lot of chaos within the Atlantic Coast Conference this week!”

The conference continues to do what it’s done best: beat each other up.

From upsets you wouldn’t expect to teams getting hot at the right time, the ACC had a lot of good action this past week. Oh, and there was a rather big game in Chapel Hill on Saturday night between the UNC basketball program and Duke!

Heading into the new week, our rankings once again saw some significant changes. Here are some big questions that we had to answer:

Was Louisville FINALLY able to jump from the bottom of the rankings?
Where should the conference’s hottest team (Virginia) rank?
Was the Tar Heels loss to Georgia Tech enough to drop them out of the top spot?

Trying to rank these teams can be tougher than stopping RJ Davis from scoring the basketball, but once again we did our best to rank these squads after their performances from last week.
