Jack Grealish and Rodri picked up their fifth yellow cards of the campaign as they were held to a 3-3 draw by Tottenham on Sunday.
Rodri, who has already served a three-match suspension this season, was booked for a cynical foul on Pedro Porro
Grealish will not play for his previous team after receiving a yellow card for kicking the ball away.
They will so serve their required one-game suspension at Villa Park.
Given Villa’s home record this season, the suspensions will be a blow to Guardiola’s team.
The champions trail Arsenal by three points at the top of the standings heading into the game.
