Losing for the third consecutive game, the Orange (14-8, 5-6) gave up 66 percent of the field goal percentage and 12 of 19 3-pointers to the Demon Deacons. “I’d like to apologize to our fans, our university, for that performance,” Autry stated. “That cannot be tolerated. Not to be allowed. Not permitted. won’t consent to it.” The Orange have given up 80 points or more in their last two games after allowing their opponents to shoot at least 60 percent from the field in each of those two games.
