Raiders sign three players on reserve/future contracts.
The Las Vegas Raiders signed center Ben Brown, safety Tyreque Jones, and running back Tyreik McAllister to reserve/future contracts on Tuesday.

Just over a week after signing 15 players to reserve/future contracts, the Las Vegas Raiders revealed on Tuesday that they had added three additional players to those contracts.

The Raiders have signed center Ben Brown, safety Tyreque Jones, and running back Tyreik McAllister to reserve/future contracts.

Brown was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Cincinnati Bengals in 2022 before being cut in August. The Seattle Seahawks signed him just two days later.

The 25-year-old appeared in just one game for Seattle in 2023, taking only eight offensive snaps and seven special teams snaps. The Seahawks released Brown in November. He was added to the Arizona Cardinals’ practice squad on January 1 but was not signed to a reserve/future contract.

Brown spent four years at Mississippi after redshirting his first year. After switching from guard to center, Brown established himself as one of the greatest centers in the country. Unfortunately, his college career was cut short when he tore a biceps muscle midway through his final season.

Jones was another undrafted free agent who joined with the Tennessee Titans last May. He was waived as part of the August roster cuts and picked up two days later by the New York Jets, who added him to their practice squad. Jones was released by New York in October.

Jones joined the Indianapolis Colts’ practice squad less than a week later.

Jones spent six years at Boise State, where he was named All-Mountain West Honorable Mention in each of his final two seasons.

McAllister was also an undrafted free agent. He was signed by the Denver Broncos in 2022, however he never played a game for the team and was released last May.

McAllister appeared in 16 Canadian Football League games last season with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats. He had 1,037 rushing yards, 364 receiving yards, and two touchdowns.

The young running back spent five seasons at the University of Charleston.

From February 27 to March 4, 2024, the NFL Scouting Combine will be hosted in Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana.

The NFL Draft will take place in Detroit, Michigan, on April 25-27, 2024. The Las Vegas Raiders presently have the 13th overall pick.
