After an agonising defeat in last year’s Grand Final, the team is intent of going one step further this year.
New coach Tom Cashin comes into his first season at the Club with a new-look squad after significant list turnover in the off-season.
Cashin’s positive mindset and focus on development has the team primed for continual improvement throughout 2024 as they aim to reach the decider once again.

Who’s on our list?
New to the Club, Meg Ryan (Captain), Jordan Ivey (Vice-Captain), Sachi Degiacomi, and Alessia Francese have been named as the 2024 leadership group.
Plenty of young players have also joined while a host of those with AFLW experience have signed on as well.
What about the coaches?
Tom Cashin will steer the VFLW ship in 2024 after former coach Chloe McMillan moved into a full-time role with the Club’s men’s program.
Cashin has joined the Club after time spent with the Western Bulldogs’ VFLW side where he was a backline and opposition analysis coach.
He will be supported by assistants Jason Brown, former VFLW Pies player Cahlia Haslam, Alice Punaro, Colin Wallington, and Stephanie Binder.
