WEST HARTFORD, W.Va. Jaheem Joseph, a 5-foot-10, 190-pound redshirt junior safety from Miami, Florida, has signed a grant-in-aid and will transfer from Northwestern to West Virginia University,

according to West Virginia University football coach Neal Brown. He has two years to use up the last two years of his eligibility.
