Daniel Jones, a player for the New York Giants, says he won’t be in Netflix’s upcoming second season of Quarterback.

Peyton Manning said earlier this summer that Quarterback will have a second season on Netflix, sparking rumors about the players that might be included.

Through Omaha Productions, Manning acts as an executive producer for the television show.

Because fans were unaware that a docuseries was being produced, Omaha Productions was able to keep the first season secret and feature Patrick Mahomes, Kirk Cousins, and Marcus Mariota.

QBs are frequently asked if they will be included on the show, especially now that season two has been revealed.

The most recent NFL quarterback to respond to the query was Daniel Jones. Given his connection to former Giants quarterback Eli Manning, WFAN’s Boomer Esiason surmised that Jones might appear on the series.

Jones and Manning were observed working with the Westhampton High School football team earlier this summer on Long Island.

Monday morning, as Boomer and Gio of WFAN were live from the Giants training camp, Esiason questioned Jones about his position as quarterback.
