Former Ohio State Quarterback Dwayne Haskins Dies After Being Hit By Car
The 24-year-old was reportedly training in South Florida when the accident occurred.
Former Ohio State quarterback Dwayne Haskins died this morning after being hit by a car, his agent told ESPN’s Adam Schefter. He was just 24 years old.
According to a press release from the Florida Highway Patrol, Haskins was walking on Interstate 595 for unknown reasons and attempted to cross the westbound lanes when he was struck by an oncoming dump truck at 6:37 a.m. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
