LeBron James reaches 38,000 career points

On Sunday night, the Denver Nuggets defeated the Minnesota Timberwolves in Game 4 of the NBA Playoffs Western Conference Semis to even up the series 2-2. The final score was 115-107.

Anthony Edwards did everything he could to give the Timberwolves their third win of the series, but it wasn’t enough. He scored 44 points on 64% shooting with five rebounds and five assists.

During the first quarter of the game, NBA on TNT’s Reggie Miller talked about how much of a fan he was of Edwards. He seemed to throw shade at Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James in the process.

I’m an even bigger fan of Anthony Edwards after seeing that clip. We’ve got certain guys with veteran status in our game that are on a lot of people’s Mount Rushmore that like to deflect and point fingers at others,” Miller said.

Although Miller never said LeBron’s name, it seems pretty clear who Miller is talking about.
